IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL AFFILIATES
We are writing to inform you that the FansBet affiliate platform will be migrated from NetRefer to a new and improved tracking system called Cellxpert.
This transition will take place over the coming weeks and will be a smooth process with further details below. Please note that the NetRefer affiliate system will be available for you to access fully up until Friday 3rd September.
Firstly, we will look to migrate your affiliate profile data over to Cellxpert where all of your existing user detail is created. Once the profile has been generated we will send you a follow up email with a preliminary password where you will need to login and update this password.
When logged into your Cellxpert account you will then be required to update your payment details and to ensure that these are fully up to date and valid to use for any future payments.
On Wednesday 1st September and after August has concluded we will then look to transfer/migrate all historic player detail from NetRefer and over to the Cellxpert system.
Please note that there may be a period of transition where some of the data is unavailable or not displayed, but please rest assured that all historical data will be transferred across to the new system and nothing will be lost.
For a complete seamless migration we will implement a click proxy which will redirect your existing NetRefer affiliate links (click URLs) to Cellxpert links meaning you will not be required to update any of your existing tracking links to begin with.
The click proxy and existing NetRefer links will be valid for three months only, meaning the links will require a manual update to the correct Cellxpert tracking links at some point during this period.
You will also see an update to the FansBet affiliate website where there are two login buttons available which provide access to both the Cellxpert and NetRefer systems.
All previously agreed T&Cs will stay in place and the only change to these T&Cs will be the mention of the new affiliate tracking system itself.
We are constantly looking to improve the service we offer and believe that this migration will provide our affiliates more functionality with further ease of use.
