Two things:

Firstly, we have listen to the feedback out there and taken a decision not to start doing Negative Carry Over, actually we never implemented it the first place. Just to be clear your revenue share deal with us comes with a No Negative Carry Over and applies to all markets and all products.

Secondly, as mentioned last week we are currently experiencing some stats issues with FansBet UK and FansBet MGA. The issues are related to the casino bonus deductions and goes back since we re-launched FansBet on Sbtech back in July month.

Rest assure no data is lost and our data provider has now located the issue which will be released in the next sprint on the 11^th of September. We will then re-import all stats and rewards will be re-calculated in NetRefer.

You will be updated as soon as the stats are fixed through another newsletter.

As a result the current rewards you see in July and August are invalid, therefor we will pay both July and August in one go once the correct stats been updated.

We are currently experiencing some issues with our stats and have some slight data discrepancies which has meant we have been unable to close off July within NetRefer. This issue is getting worked on as a priority and we will update you further once this has been resolved.

There has also been a change to our accounting process and have a couple of new procedures that we would like to make you aware of.

When preparing the invoice each month please make sure that you include the beneficiary address within this. If this is not included within the invoice then unfortunately the payment is not able to be processed correctly.

One of the biggest changes to our affiliate T&C´s will be the introduction of Negative Carry Over meaning should your affiliate Net Revenue end up in the negative this will then be carried over to the next month. Note that you can never become in debt but you will not be earning any revenue share until the accumulative Net Revenue is in positive. This will be implemented from Friday 31^st July and all previous players that have been sent will remain on the previous agreement until then.

The new admin fee calculation for the UK will be 45% in fixed fees + bonus deduction(s) and 30% in fixed fees + bonus deduction(s) for the MGA and international markets.

When you next log in to you affiliate account you will be notified of the changes to the T&C’s in way of a pop-up, and will need to opt-in to these updates in order to proceed and access your account.

Within the NetRefer system you will also find a selection of Banners and Landing Pages for you to market the new and improved FansBet product!

On Monday 11th May FansBet UK will be migrating to a new improved product platform provider (SBTech) and will move the gaming license from Viral Interactive to Argyll Entertainment AG.

Please make sure that from this date that all FansBet affiliate links are deactivated and before the migration takes place. After 12.01am UK time on Monday 11th May we will not be able to track any new acquired traffic.

Following the successful migration of the UK platform and in the coming weeks, FansBet will then follow up with a second migration for international markets and this is due to FansBet recently receiving an MGA gaming license.

Given that we are dependent on two successful migrations in a short space of time, then we are unable to put a definitive date on when we can start to accept new traffic but we envisage this will be towards the end of May.
