Hope all is well out there.
Two things:
Firstly, we have listen to the feedback out there and taken a decision not to start doing Negative Carry Over, actually we never implemented it the first place. Just to be clear your revenue share deal with us comes with a No Negative Carry Over and applies to all markets and all products.
Secondly, as mentioned last week we are currently experiencing some stats issues with FansBet UK and FansBet MGA. The issues are related to the casino bonus deductions and goes back since we re-launched FansBet on Sbtech back in July month.
Rest assure no data is lost and our data provider has now located the issue which will be released in the next sprint on the 11th of September. We will then re-import all stats and rewards will be re-calculated in NetRefer.
You will be updated as soon as the stats are fixed through another newsletter.
As a result the current rewards you see in July and August are invalid, therefor we will pay both July and August in one go once the correct stats been updated.
